Creative Director - Co Founder

With just over a decade in fresh produce marketing, I love creating campaigns that connect farmers, growers, and brands with the people who buy their produce. From in store tastings to large scale activations, I thrive on building strategies that make fresh food stand out.

I spend my days immersed in market trends, consumer behaviour, and creative ideas that help fresh produce brands grow. Whether it is launching a new variety, driving brand awareness, or getting more shoppers to taste and buy, I am all about making fresh produce marketing simple, effective, and enjoyable.

When I am not working, you will find me lifting weights in our home gym, walking through the forest, tending to my mini flower farm, or growing fresh veggies in our backyard garden beds. There is nothing better than getting my hands in the soil and seeing things grow.

Mark Bailey

Director of Business Operations - Co Founder

With over a decade in fresh produce sales and marketing, I have worked across domestic and international markets, helping Australian growers and brands expand their reach. From retail to export, I have a deep understanding of market development, supply chain management, and what it takes to drive strong, lasting partnerships.

I have led sales strategies that connect fresh produce with the right buyers, ensuring strong positioning in both local and global markets. Whether it is launching new products, negotiating distribution deals, or identifying growth opportunities, I thrive on finding the best way to get fresh produce into more hands.

When I am not working or chatting with growers about seasonal updates from their orchards, you will find me in the shed building wood sculptures, furniture, and home décor. I also design and build props for our marketing events, making sure every activation has a unique, personal touch.

With experience across all aspects of fresh produce sales, marketing, and export, I am focused on delivering results that help businesses grow in a competitive and ever changing industry.
